Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves a lien position change for Fisher Grove, a 166-unit affordable rental development located in Raleigh, NC, subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
2. Authorizes the County Manager to execute necessary loan and regulatory documents.
