Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners

                     1. Hold a Public Hearing; and

                     2. Confirms the Resolution Declaring Cost and Preliminary Assessment Roll and Confirmation of Assessments for Preserve at Long Branch Farms Subdivision Road Improvements for Acceptance into the NC Department of                      Transportation Maintained Highway System; and

                     3. Reduces project budget appropriation by $36,008.99 from the estimated $740,807 to the final cost of $704,798.01.
