Approve a Resolution to Initiate Actions Required to Extend The Fire Tax District

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners moves to adopt the proposed resolution as required in North Carolina General Statue 153A-303 directing Fire Services staff to provide a prepared report to be filed with the Clerk to the Board and hold a public hearing on October 21,2024 to consider annexation of the territory.
