Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners awards a construction contract to Advance One Development, LLC, of Charlotte, North Carolina in the amount of $684,206.25 for the South Wake Landfill Gas Collection System Expansion Project; and Authorizes the County Manager to execute this contact subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
