Adoption of the Schedules, Standards and Rules to be used in Conducting the 2027 County-wide Real Property Revaluation
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners adopts the schedules, standards and rules to be used in conducting the 2027 County-wide revaluation and directs the Tax Administrator to publish notice of the adoption in the News and Observer for four consecutive weeks.
