Award Construction Contract for Mini City EMS Station Replacement Project on Hargrove Road in Raleigh, NC

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners:

 

                     1. Awards a construction contract to TCC Enterprises Inc. in the amount of $3,923,000, and

 

                     2. Authorizes the County Manager to execute this contract subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
