Multi-Year Service Contract and Licensing Agreement for Oak City Center
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
Authorizes the County Manager to enter into a two-year license agreement with Oak City Cares, Inc. for the occupation of approximately 22,000 square feet of the Oak City Center; and
2. Extends room naming rights, under the Commissioners Policy on Naming County Properties and Buildings, to Oak City Cares, Inc. for the purpose of fundraising Oak City Center operational funds under conditions defined in the License Agreement; and
3. Authorizes the County Manager to enter into a two-year service contract with Oak City Cares, Inc. for residents at-risk or experiencing homelessness to navigate and secure services to achieve housing stability.
All agreements are subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
