Award Construction Contract for the Harris Lake County Park Improvements Project

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners:

 

1)                     Awards a construction contract in the amount of $3,420,300 to TCC Enterprises, Inc. of Louisburg, North Carolina, and

 

2)                     Authorizes the County Manager to execute this contract subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
