Approve Temporary Construction Easement on County Property at Crabtree Creek Flood Control Structure Site# 13 Shelly Lake

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners:

 

1.                     Approves the conveyance of a Temporary Construction Easement on County property at Crabtree Creek Flood Control Structure Site# 13 Shelly Lake to North Hills Investment Partners LLC, and

 

2.                     Authorizes the Board Chair to execute said Temporary Construction Easement (along with any other supporting documentation), subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
