Approval of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Grant Funds for the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (RDU)

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners approves the RDU Authority’s acceptance of the Federal Aviation Administration Grant funds, including:

a.                     Grant 69 in the amount of $1,016,279,

b.                     Grant 70 in the amount of 35,478,766.00,

c.                     Grant 71 in the amount of $10,000,000.
