Award Construction Contract for West Regional Library Renovation for $2,392,669 to Riggs-Harrod Builders, Inc.

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners:

 

1.                     Awards a construction contract in the amount of $2,392,669.00 to Riggs-Harrod Builders, Inc. of Durham NC; and

 

2.                     Authorizes the County Manager to execute this contract for the West Regional Library Renovation project subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
