Award Construction Contract for Renovations and Mechanical Replacements at the Agricultural Services Building

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners:

 

1.                     Awards a construction contract in the amount of $1,062,000.00 to Salisbury & Moore Construction, Inc. of Raleigh NC; and

 

2.                     Authorizes the County Manager to execute this contract for the Agricultural Services Building Renovation project subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
