Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners authorizes the County Manager to execute the first amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding between Wake County and the Town of Zebulon for Design and Preconstruction of a co-located Municipal Fire and County EMS Station to serve Zebulon and surrounding areas, subject to conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
