Conveyance of Right of Way and a Permanent Electric Utility Easement on Wake County Property for the Development of Beech Bluff County Park
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves the conveyance of Right of Way and a Permanent Electric Utility Easement to NCDOT and Duke Energy Progress, LLC. respectively; and
2. Authorizes the Chair to execute the plat and deed of easement (along with any other supporting documentation), subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
