Authorize Lease for Building 111 at WakeBrook with WakeMed Health and Hospitals
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners authorizes the County Manger to enter into a multi-year lease agreement with WakeMed Health and Hospitals for Building 111 at Wake County’s WakeBrook campus, subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
